PROJECT DESCRIPTION
When Texas Aggregates needed to replace a worn-out sand and gravel plant, they partnered with their trusted dealer, Texas Bearing Company, and turned to TCI Manufacturing for a modern, high-performance solution. The result: a fully customized 500 TPH sand and gravel operation designed from the ground up to support Texas Aggregates’ concrete production business and supply high-quality washed materials throughout Central Texas.
From the beginning, this project was all about collaboration. Working closely with both Texas Aggregates and Texas Bearing, our engineering team developed a plant layout that maximized efficiency, minimized material handling, and delivered a robust solution tailored to the customer’s exact needs.
The final plant is a true showcase of custom engineering and thoughtful design. From the galvanized structural components to the drive-over truck unloader and integrated washing systems, every detail was built to withstand heavy use while simplifying daily operations.
